Kate Patterson, a long-time resident of Northern Virginia, began her career in Real Estate in 1983, joining the flagship office of Corcoran McEnearney as the first “Rookie” ever hired by John McEnearney, founder of Corcoran McEnearney. Kate has watched the firm grow from a "boutique" local real estate company to the market leader that Corcoran McEnearney is today. Over the years, Kate has expanded her knowledge, experience, and negotiating skills as the company has grown. In addition to excelling in residential real estate, Kate is experienced in Commercial Sales and Leasing, including investment buying and selling, multi-family sales, and tax-free exchange transactions.
